Every discovery call surfaces the goals, the scope, the brand and the must-haves. But by the time it reaches the people building, it has thinned into a half-remembered debrief and a scattered set of notes. Detail leaks. Developers fill the gaps with assumptions and the rebuilds begin.

The founder

Briefpad is built by Joseph Osu, who is building the product in public — sharing the process, the decisions and the progress as it grows. The goal is simple: give web design agencies a dependable way to carry everything a client says straight through to the people building their site.
